The 405nm wavelength violet laser is used for imaging, and its imaging wavelength is the same as that of the traditional printing machine plate, so the photosensitive emulsion and plate making process are basically the same as the traditional ones. Because the laser scans and image directly on the screen surface, the film making process is not needed, so the screen making accuracy and production efficiency are improved, and the problems of film expansion and contraction, dirty spots and light refraction are avoided, and the cost of consumables is also saved.

 

The screen coated with the photosensitive emulsion is loaded into the multi-beam UV digital screen making machine to make a stencil. When the screen is running at a high speed, McLantis UV digital screen making machine uses a 405nm blue-violet laser to harden the emulsion coated on the non-patterned surface to make a stencil. Based on McLantis UV laser system with precise focus and initial stability, the image can be accurately engraved with only a single plate-making process.
